  • Can I send the order as a gift?
    Yes of course. Please let us know in your notes upon checkout and we can write a personal message for you. If you would like to ship your items to an alternative address then please provide us with the delivery address and we can post direct to the recipient.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept cash on collection or delivery should this option be selected. Please note we do not accept cheques. All prices are British Pounds Sterling.
  • Do you offer any discount?
    We offer 10% off your first order if you subscribe to our monthly newsletter. We also other various seasonal offers.
  • Can I change the information on my delivery once I've placed it?
    If we have not yet dispatched your order then please contact us on the email hello@2hco.co.uk and we will aim to resolve the issue. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes with delivery information upon checkout.
  • Do you only ship to the UK?
    Yes currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.
