DELIVERY

We aim to post out all orders within 3 working days from the date of receiving the order.  During busy periods this could take up to 7 days.

Any orders placed after 12.00 pm on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.​

​

Once the items have been dispatched, you will receive a notification and subsequent information regarding the tracking of your order.  Any changes to your delivery would need to be arranged with your courier.

​

2HCo accepts no responsibility for incorrect address information provided when placing an order.

​

If you choose to have your package delivered to a 'safe place' 2HCo accepts no responsibility with parcel issues and you should contact the courier directly.

Delivery Charges

Postage & Packaging is calculated and can be selected upon checkout depending on your preferred option.

We use Royal Mail, DPD & EVRI Postal Services

Collection from ST4 is available free of charge and a suitable collection time can be arranged.

Local delivery within 3 miles of Trentham ST4 is also free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your orders.  We hope that you love your purchases.  If you do have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us on the email hello@2hco.co.uk

If you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.  Please provide us with details of the fault and upload photos sending them to hello@2hco.co.uk

​

Some of our items are handmade and may differ from the photographs meaning they may have slight imperfections such as glazing or rustic finishes.  This does not mean the items are faulty. The items are simply perfectly unique.

​

If returning an item to us, we aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receiving the goods back however this may be longer during busy, seasonal periods.

​

When returning goods, they must be returned in the original packaging and condition.  2HCo reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not received in the original condition.  We also accept no liability of postage when returning an item to us so we would strongly advise using a tracked postal service.

​

The cost of retuning an item to us is not the responsibility of 2HCo and the cost of the original postage will not be refunded.
